Project Arutkudumbam is a charitable volunteer-run organization that provides hunger relief (Arutkanji), education support (Arutkalvi), and healthcare aid (Arulnalam) in rural areas in South India. Guided by the teachings of Saint Ramalingam (Vallalar), Arutkudumbam aims to give back to the community through Jeeva Karunyam – Compassion for All.
Objective: To support small, local organizations (Sanmarga sangams) and individuals dedicated to alleviating hunger in rural villages by providing nutritious, herbal Kanji (a porridge made from broken rice, spices, and herbs).
Together, ArutKanji, ArutKalvi, and ArulNalam are forming a comprehensive approach to community upliftment—combining basic needs like nutrition and healthcare with educational empowerment to create long-lasting positive change.
